Engen Car wash - Hennie Alberts street,Brackenhurt

My Car had an exec wash there. When collecting my car the car did not want to start. (Sometimes normal when water gets onto plugs of other wires in engine). I got a Mechanic from Toyota out to help me start the car. After 4 hour of searching we found that the Computer inside the car got water damage when they washed the carpets (water spray all over computer box) - This box sit high under the glove compartment.<br> I contacted Ken the owner and he stated that he has NO LIABILITY as per his boards at the car wash.<br> In my opinion I understand NO LIABILITY for normal incidents - BUT this is GROSS NEGLIGENCE. His people are not properly trained and this caused me lots of money (R11k) to replace the computer box.<br> All I want to do is sit down with Ken and discuss this, but he refused.<br> I want to warn other potential customers that the staff at this car wash is not trained, Ken can do anything to your car and you cannot then talk to him.<br> I cannot believe that a big group like ENGEN don't do their homework when they rent out these car wash systems to people that is not competent. This can damage their reputation.
