Engen broke the cigarette lighter in my car and the owner of the franchise is arrogant and rude and refusing to take ownership

On 5/3/2021 I took my car for a mini valet at Engen next to Pick "n' Pay in Atterbury. The cigarette lighter thingy in the car was not broken when I left the car. I collect the car in the evening and parked it, and I did not check it since it was late. I realised in the morning that the cigarette lighter was broken, and I went to Engen and spoke to a lady whom I was told is the owner of the Franchise. The lady said she will investigate further, and today I received a call from the supervisor requesting a photo. I told the car to him, and he said he does not remember seeing the cigarette lighter broken. The owner of the Engen franchise is refusing to even acknowledge that my car was damaged, she is telling me about a disclaimer. I have been taking my car to the same Engen for a car wash for almost 3 years. I want my cigarette lighter replaced.
