Engen at Corlett has a disgustingly rude Manager!!

This morning at Engen Garage @ Corlett road. My husband and I had a Tyre puncture and went to the garage as we were not fami**** with changing a Tyre. One of the guys were willing to assist until he’s manager came screaming that why would he assist us in changing the Tyre while my husband as a man is supposed to be able to do that!!! I went into the Engen shop he proceeded with the screaming how can a man not be able to change a Tyre infront of all the other customers and staff members!!! How belittling is that, especially because we live around the area and pour petrol very often, how are we supposed to go back there after he belittled us infront of everyone including the other customers!!! I’ll never pour petrol there ever again if this is the type of managers you employ! He did not just belittle us but he’s staff aswell. Who speaks to their employees like that!
