Engen and clicks losing my vote .

I have a Clicks card . And between Engen and Clicks it has nit been possible fir the last week to obtain a statement showing my points allocated to the liters I have filled up . I am just one of those people that double check my loyalty statements every month. And it just is not possible between Engen and clucks to supply me with this simple request. Why start a loyalty system that can mot be checked by a client .
