Engen abisha is in a bad condition

I stopped at Engen abisha motors in Pretoria , Troye street , asked to use a toile and I was so dissapointed when I got to a broken dirty , smelling toilet , I could not even use it , I was just wondering how do they give you the key to go to the toilet while they know the condition is that bad, we deserve better when we use these petrol stations
