Engen 1 Stop Colesberg

Very bad experience at Engen 1 stop Colesberg. Went to get a cup of coffee from the quickshop, got to the coffee machine and there were no cups. A gentleman came past with a clean cup, and I asked him where he got the cup? His reply was at the till counter. So I approached the counter and asked if I may have a cup to make coffee. The till attendant then very rudely turned around without any response to me and told an other person, "you see what is happening now, you see!" I then asked if there is a problem? Where se told me, very rudely again there is a sign saying you must first pay and then go and get your coffee. I humbly apologized and asked where the sign is? Very rudely again she said the sign is there! I said alright sorry I did not see the sign, and paid for my coffee. She then said if I have a problem I must phone the office. I made my coffee and then approached her to ask her name. After 4 times of asking her name and she ignoring me, I asked one of the petrol attendants what her name is. Her name is Marlise. I will surely give the management a call in the morning, very bad experience and very bad service. Not recommendable at all!!!!
