Employees treated in a very bad way.

I am writing this review to raise a concern about Engen the one located at Bloemfontein , at N1 there are several things that one can mention.

Workers do not have a union and this was not by choice the employers encouraged the workers not to have a union this indicates that workers are not meant to have legal protection this stands in violation of basic employment act . There's so much ************ that takes places that employees are being threatened to lose their jobs so all things are accepted because people don't want to lose jobs.

If only people from head quarters at engen would investigate this matter and see how unpleasant workers are being treated and how a working environment can turnout to be so toxic .

There's this thing that takes place that when a fuel attendant dispatches a wrong fuel in a vehicle they get dismissed and they also have to pay for the damages caused with no warnings given even at first attempt same applies when it comes to the mystery shopper if one fails they get dismissed with no prior warning .

Like I said this is a review but and a very unpleasant one to say because it's so surprising even in 2023 people are still treated like this , so much can be mentioned but Engen is not treating their employees very well or I can say the Engen iv mentioned not all of them.
