Employees mistreated

Hi, I am writing ✍️ this review concerning to the employees of engen one stop bloemfontein N1 south and north. I was there the other night and it was cold, so I ask the other attendant why are they stand out out side on this cold, with no cars and he said " the owner or the director don't allow them to seat on canteen if they do they will loose their jobs" is engen knw about this or is it their policy 🤔 if it is thn its slavery. How do u expect a good service if your employees are not happy? Please rectify that, remember happy employees and happy customers 😊
