Elderly women left to change her own tyre at a filling station

I was so disappointed by this filling station as we always use it to full up. On the evening of the 8th of November my 60 year old mother was on her way to work when she decided to fill up at this station unfortunately on her way there she had a tyre burst and she proceeded to the garage to ask for help in changing the tyre. At around 6:30 she asked the manager on duty if one of the attendants can assist her, he said as soon as the rush hour dies down they will assist her. She waited for hours with no assistance we had to eventually drive from home to come and assist with a mere tyre change.

I am aware that it is not thier duty to change tyre but seing an elderly women who is my customer i would go out of my way to find her assistance especially at night.for her health and safety.
