Duplicate Transactions

On Friday the 8th of July 20222, I went to pour fuel at Engen Zakariyya Park, it seemed like they had problems with their speed points or network, the attendant took out the batteries and put them back on after I had paid, he advised the transaction didn’t go through and we should try again since no slip came out, I paid again the second time and when I checked my statement the transaction went off twice, he assured me 1 would be reversed. It’s not the 12th both amounts have now been banked but no reversal, I don’t have the time to go all the way back, I sent emails and tried phoning with no luck, what an inconvenience.
