Does wearing masks not apply to Engen Junction's employees?

ON the 9th Jan'21 we stopped at the Engen Vryheid Junction to have a meal at the Wimpy. After stopping at the side because it was fully parked and busy. We walked past 7-8 Engen employees without their masks or the masks hanging under their chins. I went up to the paying window and said to the lady and pump assistant that was paying that I am going to take a photo and post it on social media. I got a rude remark. We are in a pandemic and where is Management?
