Disturbing the peace in a residential suburb

There is a Nedbank ATM on the premises of the Engen petrol station in Lenasia on the corner of Abu Bakr Asvat Drive and Nirvana Drive. This ATM has an extremely loud alarm that goes on every single day like clockwork at 10pm, 5:30 am and 6:30 am. After contacting the manager of the garage on several occasions and being advised that a call has been logged with Nedbank, the alarm continues to ring 3 times a day. This is so inconvenient as it disturbs babies and elderly people of their sleep who all live around this petrol station. Why can the ATM not be switched off until Nedbank solves the problem? Or perhaps more frequent follow ups done with Nedbank? This has been going on for months now, this is not an exaggeration, I repeat, months.
