Disrespected and nearly assaulted

I had a bad experience at the Phola Mall petrol station after a very long time of good experience. I went to pour petrol around 11am and I was disrespected and nearly assaulted by one of the petrol attendants. While he was pouring petrol, I was having a conversation with my mother. Instead of him telling me that he's done, he knocked on the car. I tried asking him to stop doing that, he then proceeded to demanding money and the Clicks clubcard as we are always swiping it after pouring petrol almost everyday(we trust Engen, that's why all our cars pour petrol there). We are used to them swiping the card before they take payment. I told him to swipe the card first and he didn't want to and proceeded to try to take the money off my hands forcefully so. He started pointing fingers at me and started forcing his hands into the car(I thought he's gonna beat me). I asked for the supervisor but he didn't help, he seemed scared of the petrol attendant. I'm scared for my safety now. The name of the petrol attendant is John M. Your assistance will be appreciated because I'd like to continue business with the Engen.
