Disregard for car wash Employees

The Engen on Atterbury Road has a 24h car wash. The Maschine thay washes the car has been broken for months if not a year. As such the employees are washing the cars by hand. Speaking to the car wash guys at night when I wash my car, they have no idea if ever the machine will be fixed. I am absolutely shocked they are forced to wash cars at night in the cold, and no provisions are made for winter. This is a blatant disregard for their health and wellbeing by Engen. My friends and I will not be using the car wash service due to this ********* practice, though it has been very convenient in the past.
