Dishonesty towards already cash strapped customers

This is the 2nd day Engen on the C/o Lenchen in Centurion is claiming they don’t have petrol to serve to customers. This is not the 1st time they are doing this, all the garages in the vicinity of this Engen had petrol except for Engen!!! This is being dishonest because they are selling petrol which they purchased at a lower price to already cash strapped customers at the higher price once the fuel prices increase. This should be reported to higher authorities!!!
