Dishonest petrol attend/unprofessional management Engine

The petrol attendant did not put fuel in my car and I was forced to pay or be charged for theft as the manager said that these days petrol gauges dont always read the tank immediately. I was given contact details and mine were taken to confirm that my gauge was faulty. Upon proof that the attendant did not put in the fuel (as I had asserted) the manager advised that he will sent someone with fuel to me. This did not happen. Engine at Big Bird is the most awful place to put in fuel. I am disappointed in the Engine brand and its team of unprofessional managers and dishonest forecourt staff. This happened today, December 12, 2020.
