Disgustingly bad service

On 17 of November, 2016 at 06:40 am I went to Engen Monte Vista , to purchase lunch for my family at Woolworths at the Engen garage in Monte Vista, Cape Town. I proceeded to buy several salads and snacks. When I got to the till/cashier I asked her for disposable plastic forks and some salt sachets as the salads are considered take aways, so I therefore need this utensils. At first she ignores me and continues to chat with her collegue. After trying to get her attention, she finally shouts at the cashier at the Wimpy's take aways (also in the shop) to provide me with salt sachets. To my disgust and astounishment the Wimpy's cashier responded: " She must give 30c per packet, haa its not for free." The poor manager I think almost begged the Wimpy's cashier to provide me with a sachet for my salads. The cashier then proceeded to give the manager 1 very small sachet of salt, no plastic fork...and with an very irritable attitude. I was dumbstruck...could she have been treating her manager like that, more disgusting , take away salads are sold at Woolies, no plastic/disposable utencils, no salt for the salad. I am really been shouted at and about ...I am a regular customer that spends hundreds of rands within a week. Really!!!
