Disgusting Servise - Horrified

<p>I went to Engen as I always do every 2 weeks to fill up my car and have a car wash, yesterday was my first time at Engen (Cnr Republic Road & Rabie Street). I first got there to see quite a que but thought none the less. After 1:30 I started to get a bit frustrated as I was car 6 from the wash bay (Only 4 cars had been done in that time). I went to look for the cash wash manager but was told there isn't one - I asked if they knew how long it would take, no response. While I waited I watched 1 gentleman sit on his phone for 45min; another walked to the shop across the road. When I went into Engen shop I spoke to Seth (and she said call my manager)-No reponse. After 2:15 I got intop the bay where my car sat for 40min untouched while the car wash people cleaned cars with 2 people. I went into Seth again and she spoke to a lady incharge (they laughed and she walked away). 2:45 I got my car through the wash bay - I was then told they only take cash, I went into Engen shop (Seth) and she said she can't let me pay with my card (while clicking her tongue at me and my mother) I begged her and said I would buy for the same value (R100) and said turned around and said "Buy but I won't give you money", Seth was so rude and helpful. I will Never be returning to Engen EVER nor that Carwash with both my personal and company car! Customer since 2007, NO MORE!</p>
