Disgusting service at Engen Petroleum Garage Pretoria Menlyn Maine Atterbury Road

I found myself at this car wash today on the 31/10/2021. This car wash is called Engen Garage Menlyn Maine Car Wash on Atterbury Road. What I experienced there is appalling. Customers who wash their cars there are treated according to the type of car they drive. So if you drove an average or less than average car your car will not be attended to even if you arrived first. There was a luxurious car behind me and when I was finished in the wash bay I proceeded to the dry bay. My car was left unattended and the car behind me was attended by 5 people while my car was just waiting there. For me it’s the employees at that car wash basically saying to me that I’m not important, my time is not important. If that’s how they run their business then they should tell us so that we don’t waste our time going there in the first place. When I asked the supervisor to call the business owner he said that he doesn’t have her number. They only gave me her name Melinda and said they don’t know her surname. This is absolutely disgusting! I hope other Engen Garage car washes are not like these! What a pathetic service!
