Disgusting is an understatement

I put in R100 95 petrol at Engen Columbine in Gauteng. When I left the petrol station my tank didnt move an inch. I turned around immediately and went back to complain, and the petrol attendant and the manager basically called me a **** and told me I dont know how my car works and also the petrol price went up.

I advised them that I knew this as I put in the same amount of petrol last week but just at a different petrol station and my car was emptier and they started shouting at me instead.

I have been driving my car for over 2 and a half years, and I just took my car for its service. So, for a manager to insult me and tell me there is something wrong with my car instead of trying to help in completely disgusting!!!! Is this what Engen is turning into?
