Disgusted with Engen service station staff

Good day

I am so disappointed with 2 staff at Engen Garage Wilropark Roodepoort .

I always use this service station and never had problems but today when I wanted to use the toilet, Oupa and Takalo refused to give me the key of the toilet.

Their argument is that I never greeted them witch I did telling me that they cant just give me the key because of me not greeting them. So I went to the manager but still bought of them had an attitude with me,by the looks of things they don't care about their manager. They also told the manage that they did not want to give me the key because I mite break things inside the toilet.

Please assist me with this matter will be waiting on your reply.
