Disgusted! Engen bathrooms

On the 1st of September at around 8 o'clock we stopped at Engen garage Heather Park to refuel and use their restroom to find the men's bathroom being used by what appeared to be homeless men bathing themselves in the basin , which does not even compare to the ladies restroom. Which was dirty ,had no toilet paper and were unable to flush! As we spend a lot of time on the road this is honestly the worst bathroom condition I've come across. After all this two men came into the ladies room pulling on the doors.. After a while they went away. This all while there was a security guard standing by the steps
