Disgusted by Tembisa Hospital view Engen garage cashier, SINAZOcashier

This is the second time this ill discipline happening at engen garage in hospital view. Ther is a cashier call Sinazo, whom is obviously not informed about customer service. I asked her to scan my lotto ticket, and she refused saying the scanner is faulty... she was therfore instructed by her assistant manager[Patence] to punch in the ticket manually, the cashier still declined to execute the assistant managers instruction. After about 10 minutes as I asked for regional managers contact details, for which she declined to give to me, she therefore attempted to punch in the ticket, and that's when I had to see the status of my ticket. I had actually told myself that I was never gonna pour petrol or use that engen garage ever after my first encounter with this Cashier. I believe in Good customer service as I am a regional manager in 1 of the leading retail stores.
