DISGRACEFUL SERVICE
Your service station in Verwoerd Park (Kritzinger Road) is an absolute disgrace! I stood there 20 mins with no help. I could see it was busy so I was patient. Eventually I decided to to ask am attendant if someone could please assist me and he told me the pump is not working. They could have told me that instead of making sit there for 20 mins. This is not the first time I have had disgraceful service there but it will certainly be the last time I visit any Engen!
