Disappointing Fuel Experience at Engen Garage: Customer Service Lacking

On the morning of May 8th, 2024, around 7 am, I visited the Engen garage on Western Service Road to refuel. However, despite pumping fuel, the gauge did not register any change. Assuming it would update as I drove, I proceeded to work, running late. However, the gauge remained unchanged even when I reached our office park, less than 2 kilometers away. Throughout the day, there was no update. Finally, at around 3:30 pm, I returned to the garage to address my concern. I spoke with the manager, who acknowledged that I wasn't the first customer to raise this issue. However, he claimed that there was nothing they could do, suggesting it might be a mechanical issue with my car. This assertion was incorrect, as I had recently serviced my car and had never encountered this problem before. While I'm not seeking a refund, I find this unacceptable from such a large organization, and as a result, they have lost me as a customer.
