Disapointing Kenny

It is a shame that I have to write this review when something bad happens, when I have had great experiences at this service station but never wrote a commendation,but since I work in the hospitality industry I also know that we value the guests that make us aware of our shortcomings and continue to utilise our services than those who quietly leave and never return. I walked in to buy a lottery ticket, at the till point Kenny seemed to be counting his float and his colleague was helping another customer, at some point Kenny realised I was standing there, he looked up and stared at me, I blinked not sure what to do but he just widened his eyes and continued to glare at me. I got really annoyed at this and asked why doesn't he ask me what I need, he ignored my question just took my ticket processed the sale and got back to whatever he was doing. I was just dissapointed because I live up the road and that's one of the service stations I prefer to use. Why would he show such disinterest in my purpose for being in that shop.
