Denied competition reward

<p>Good day, </p> <p> </p> <p>Last week Friday I entered one of the Engen competitions by SMSing the code of my purchase (2 valpré waters) to the provided number. I was contacted today to say that I was a winner, yet abruptly told that without my till slip I could not claim the prize. I feel that if they truly want you to be rewarded for taking part, and then also winning, they can at least provide you an altenate way to claim your prize (like getting another copy of the slip from the Engen garage I made the purchase). I also still have a copy of the SMS I sent and will attach it to this message. </p> <p> </p> <p>I have always entered the competitions Engen has advertised, and was so happy to hear that I was finally being rewarded, only to have it taken away. I really did expect better from such a large franchise group. </p>
