Dangerous handling by attending, damage caused and fire hazard.

I experienced an incident caused by a fuel attendant at Engen Restonvale on the 15th of May 2023. I started fuelling up here after an Engen down the road failed to service me after waiting nearly 10 minutes at a pump with several others open. I no longer feel safe visiting this branch and any attempts to get in touch with Engen to resolve this complaint has been impossible. I experienced what I would call gross negligence on the part of an attendant working with a highly dangerous, highly combustible liquid. The attendant spilled fuel over my motorcycle, which I'm very lucky didn't cause me or my motorcycle to catch fire. This specific attendant that was fuelling up my bike, stopped paying attention to what they're doing and was looking up at a colleague of theirs who was talking and laughing with them from afar. The attendant overfilled my bike, causing fuel to spill over my bike in all directions, extending well over the overflow, the tank well and even over on top of my fuel tank, painted parts and fairings. I had to make strong contact to disable their trigger finger on the nozzle and to get their attention. After the incident they still had the audacity to give me a blank stare and ask if it's necessary to wipe off. The event has caused damage to my motorcycle's cosmetics, and it stank of fuel for over a week afterwards, meaning I was inhaling fuel vapours, all due to an Engen Operator's negligence.

I'm utterly displeased with the incident and lucky the fuel spilt over my motorcycle's engine didn't combust or cause me to catch on fire. This event is unacceptable and completely due to negligent equipment operation on behalf of the petrol attendant. I've emailed this query to ***, however delivery failed, and Engen's website form field is broken.
