Damaged Wipes

Petrol Attended wiped my windows, he broke my wipers. I spoke to him and his Supervisor. They promised o report to the managers. When I returned the manager refused to take responsibility. He was so rude that he left me standing. I was told the Petrol attended was a trainee. When I spoke to the Manger he refused, and he said the attended was not a trainee. He refused to fix my wipers.
