DAMAGED OF PERSONAL PROPERTY A BAD EXPERIENCE POOR MANAGEMENT
I am writing this to complain about the service I got on Friday the 18th of September 2020 roundabout 8:30 in the evening. I got there to put in my Petrol and advised the attended that I need petrol - 95 unleaded as I gave him the R 100.00 cash, he was chatting to another customer as I was doing so thus his attention was not where it was supposed to be, he then put in diesel only realizing as it when the meter was reading R 80,45 which is now 5 litters of diesel which is poured into the car then he stopped, as I was checking I noticed he poured the wrong fuel. I asked him what the next step was - suddenly one of his follow co-workers came and tried advising and also one of the patriots who seems to know the guy come to assess the situation. And advised that to fix the error we must put in more petrol so we can burn out the diesel from the car, he said the guy (Njabulo) must put R 100.00 and I must also add another R 100.00 which makes it R 200.00 so that we can burn the diesel from the car. In my experience which I don't know of this, I took his advice and though they knew what they were talking about as they work there and they have more experience, of which I allowed to happened and agreed, then I drove off telling him should I experience any problems I will come back and took his numbers, the following morning as I proceeded to start my car I just didn't it made unfami**** noises and seized, I had to call the towing company to take the car back to the garage. When we got there we were advised the Njabulo was working the night shift, we asked to speak to the manager Celeste she took her time to come out of the office eventually she did and we narrated the story of the events which happened she just said she nothing of this and she won't be able to help us as its not her responsibility we must take it up with the employee, we must find him ourselves and discuss the recourse of the situation, we left the car there and the car is still sitting in that service station till today which is the 21st of September 2020 nothing is being done to the car. My issue is the Manager Celeste didn't even bother to give us help nor insight on how to deal with the situation all she did was to be rude to us offering no solace in the matter, now we are dealing with and employee who is working at a minimum wage how is he going to fix the car because he was told to it is his mess he needs to fix it. According to my knowledge service stations are responsible for their employees. I did a bit of asking around only to find out I'm not the first person to experience such a rude attitude from Celeste concerning this issue, it has happened before and the consumer had to fix the problem himself. With no total disregard of customers' satisfaction, lack of responsibility and shoddy service is what they are promoting currently, and customers are no longer a priority. Looking forward from hearing from you as I hold you with High regard as you are one of the best manufacturing fuel companies “WITH US YOU ARE NUMBER ONE” I do expect a prompt response, if not I will be taking the matter further
