damage to vehicle at car wash

My vehicle paintwork was damaged by the high pressure machine at the car wash. After submitting a quote as agreed by the manager/owner namely Shaun nothing was paid out. Shaun's suggestion was that he was going to recover the monies from the car was attendants. Pathetic! Public must beware of these types of car washes and these type of characters
