damage to vehicle and refuses to pay
The service station put petrol into my diesel tank. My car was towed to the garage and I then had to take off work the following day so that I could arrange for my car to be towed to the dealership. When I arrived at the garage the following morning I was shocked to find that my car had already been towed to the dealership. I went to the dealership to ensure that my car was there only to see that my bumpers were ripped out and the back panel was bent in. The damages to my car's body is R9k.<br> The manager of the garage accompanied the tow truck to the dealership and during our meeting that morning, he never informed me of the damage. The towage was done without my consent or instruction etc. The towing company doesn't know who I am as i never dealt with them and they say I must get the garage to fix it and the garage can claim from them as the garage was their client, the garage refuses to pay for the damages or fight the towing company to do the repairs and they say I need to claim from the towing company. I tried contacting the MIO but no one is helping. My car would never have had to be towed if the service station never caused the contamination. My car is damaged! Horrid service!
