Damage Conundrum: Small guy means nothing to Engen

On the 18th of April My vehicle was damage no the N2 near Somerset West due to the Engen truck in front of me that's tire got of the rim. Driver gave me all the details Ill need for the fixing of my damage vehicle. It's 2 weeks later and no Supervisor has phoned me back regarding this matter. Where I have phoned numerus of times and they keep taking my details to give to the supervisor. Worst part is my foot got injured and I need to ware a moonboot now for 1 Month at the time of the incident I did not feel any pain but as the days went on the pain got worst and worst. So if Engen was in the P*rn industry they must get a 5 star rating because they know how to ***** the little guy.
