Customer Service with a SMILE

What a great experience we have at the Engen Garage in Witpoortjie in Generaal Pienaar street.<br> <br> We were assisted by Cyperain, he had such a great attitude, greeted us very politely.<br> <br> My son of 5 years started talking to him in Afrikaans and he answered every question in Afrikaans.<br> <br> My son really enjoyed the conversation between the 2 of them and Cyperian also asked him to do you understand after every answer.<br> <br> I really think this is awesome of him and he did it with a smile on his face.<br> <br> At the end of the conversation he said to my son, tell your parents to bring you back so that we can talk again and so that I can show you more things regarding my work.<br> <br> And believe me I will most definitely go back to that Engen garage and I really hope he will be there or if any of the other staff is just as friendly I will also be very happy.<br> <br> He is genuine an asset to Engen if this is the type of customer service he delivers to each and every client.
