Customer service at it's worst
I was just putting in fuel and quickly ran into the shop to buy something so I wait in the queue to pay. The next moment the petrol attendant storms into the shop looking for me and says so loudly "I'm waiting" I was so horrified that this person could give me such attitude. The place wasn't even busy ! I can't believe this is your level of service!
