Customer service

I'm made to wait for 30 mins for a guy in a meeting to check cameras to prove that the item i bought was on manager's special and they overcharged me.. Lady says it's impossible that it was on special?? So I just guessed the right special price?plus the item was reaching it's sell by date next day, also wasted my petrol and then have to wait..???
