On separate incidents: 1. have been harassed by beggars as drug addicts 2. Bought milk that was opened and consumed 3. Had homeless ppl leaving at the garage break the wall and enter my complex which is next to the garage 4. Had my bank card ****** by a syndicate operating at the atm on the premises All at the Ferndale branch
