Cornwall View Engine Garage

We did a service at this Engine garage's generator. Cornwall View shopping centre at the corner of Piering and Boeing rd, Elardus Park. Its been weeks now and still have not received balance from service. Owner does not reply to phone calls or emails. Apart from that it is one of the most expensive convenience stores to shop at. Owner is quick to ask expensive prices for product but non responsive to pay for services rendered.
