Convenience shop stock expired

I bought various sweets and food items from this Engen service station late one night while passing through the town. I have made it a habit to look at expire dates on items and i found 9 out of 10 the chocolates etc was out of date by a few months and almost a year. i showed the shop assistant the goods and he said to me that he wishes to stay anonymous but has raised the issue many, many times with the owners but they don't care he says.... this could lead to food poisoning etc..... who takes responsibly for the stock in the shop???? <br> I only use Engen fuel and this negligence is giving Engen petroleum a bad name....
