Contaminated Fuel damaged my vehicle

I drive a kia which was damaged due to fuel contamination.I have sent all the required reports , invoices and all the proof required by Engen. I have been following up ever since and have been made empty promises. Because they are corporate giants they can just shove the normal man on the street around.My query has been escalated many times to people who are salaried at Engen with out working. This how is the last response looks apart from the others that I have .......
