Contaminated diesel

As we receive E-Bucks from FNB we only use Engen Service Stations for our diesel. We have just had to take our car, that has only done approx 52000km, into a Diesel Mechanic as the engine was not running correctly. It turns out that all four fuel injectors have been damaged due to extremely contaminated diesel. The tank has had to be emptied (and we still had over R1200 fuel in the tank) and the replacement of injectors is estimated to be approx R50000-00. We are pensioners.

Engen's response was unhelpful. They report that the last service station we used has produced proof that the diesel was perfect. What about all the other Engen service stations that I mentioned in my email. An insurance assessor will be visiting the Diesel Mechanic who will show him the contaminated diesel that had to be drained from our car. Goodbye Engen!
