Contamenated fuel pumped in to my vehicle

My Wife left our residence in Montana Park PTA with the above mentioned vehicle on the morning of 16/03/16 @ 08:00 and arrived at 09:20 in Middelburg Mpumalanga.<br> At 09:30 - 10:30 she visited some Clients/Doctors at 22 Bhimi Damane str Middelburg Mpumalanga (The Boere Practice).<br> At 10:45 - 11:30 she visited some Clients/Doctors at 25 Joubert str Middelburg Mpumalanga (Famnet Practice).<br> At 11:45 - 14:05 she visited some Clients/Doctors at 26 De Villiers str Middelburg Mpumalanga (Jode Practice).<br> At 14:15 she stopped at the Engen Garage and filled the above mentioned vehicle with 61.32L Primax ULP95 Petrol as per attached receipt and departed back to PTA.<br> Mere 800M from the Engen Garage where the petrol was bought/filled the above mentioned vehicle started to miss/stuttered/jerked and came to a complete standstill! <br> My Wife immediately called me and informed me that her vehicle behaved in the above mentioned matter and that she does not know what to do as she is standing stranded in the right hand lane of the road that she was travelling on.
