Consistant bad service on engen filling station mabopane

I stopped to fill my car this morning,i was helped by Baloyi who said i should wait for another attended who was busy with another car to come assist with eft payment card,i went inside the garage asking for them to assist as i was going to work,to my suprice i was told thier eft are not working,unfortunately i had to wait for my payment to be processed,i hate engen garage for this bad service,i hope someone will intervene and remedy this behaviour.
