Complaints

This morning, i had to pour fuel on my car, i went to Egen garage at R55 Road in Raslouw Centurion. My car is a diesel, patrol attendant by mistake pour Petrol atleast he noticed that he made a mistake and let me know so that i must not start my car. Fine he called the manager and they arrange for mechanic to come and drain out the petrol for the vehicle. I was calm and understanding and allowed them to do so.

If i was not that understanding i was not gonna allow them to call their mechanic i was gonna take my car to toyota or any registerd motor mechanic and call a towing to take my car there and send them the invoice. But i didn't do that, cuz i felt pity for petrol attendant that they my deduct the money from his salary and is December time, probably he has children that he need to buy Christmas clothes and all that. The boring part and annoying is when the manager wanted me to pay for the fuel that i was supposed to pour in my car after they done draining out the petrol, not me telling him that how can you make me pay for the petrol that i was supposed to pour, instead as a manger you should've told me that your sorry for what happended and for our apology and the delays we had coursed, we will pour u full tank and if u come across any issue with your car that will be coursed by the petrol thing on the engine come back to us. This manager did not handle this situation accordingly. What ****ed me off is when he said i need to pay.

So please be aware of that egen garage especially the manager. I was not happy with his managing professionalism, Is very disappointing
