COMPLAINT WOOLWORTHS UIS KRIGE INSIDE ENGEN GARAGE

Just experienced the most disgusting service after being a customer for over 2 years,the cashier refused to assist me without an ID,there is no notification in store from when this rule is implemented and they have no idea what the POPI act is as to why should I share my personal information.The manager on duty refused to give his name and was condescending when explaining to me like I don't understand what ***** is,I am a regular customer and normally greet the cashiers but that didn't matter.I will never ever spend my hard earned money there ever again,they have no clue about professional customer service and it was an embarrassing experience.Woolworths inside the Engen garage you are an example of horrific customer service,will not shop there again and will share with family and friends not to support that store or petrol station
