Complaint regarding the fuel quantity at engen garage

I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding the service I received at the Engen garage on Hindle Road in Bluedowns ,Cape Town. Recently, I visited the station and paid R400 for fuel using my card. However, after reviewing my fuel gauge, it became evident that I was only provided with fuel worth R200, despite the full R400 being deducted from my account. This is unacceptable and raises questions about the integrity of the service provided. I urge the management to investigate this matter urgently and ensure that such incidents do not occur again. Trusting a fuel station to deliver the correct amount of fuel is crucial, and I hope this issue will be addressed promptly. I look forward to a swift resolution. Thank you
