Complaint

I just came from Engen Nelson Mandela drive in Mafikeng and I got such horrible service from this petrol attendant Zana. I am there waiting for someone to help me then a BMW drives in while I'm waiting and this guy goes ahead and helps the BMW guy though he saw I was waiting first and despite his colleagues asking him to help me first cos I've been waiting. I am not impressed at with this service. Is it because I am not driving a BMW? This attendant even goes on as to make jokes with the BMW owner that I'm only coming to pour for R100
