COMPLAINT ABOUT A HORRIBLE CUSTOMER TREATMENT.

Hello Peter,

I'm writing this letter of complaint being so devastated about the treatment I got this Afternoon From the owner of Engen Filling Station based in Selcourt Springs Vat Reg No: ***. I bought a sandwich hurrying at work this morning, when reaching work as I had planned to drink tea and sandwich. I was so dismayed to come across that sandwich being white of mold. I then kept it aside with an intention of lodging a complaint about the status of that sandwich on my way back home. I spoke to the employee who assisted me to get in with contact with the owner telephonically, the guy was so arrogant in the process of resolving the matter. And worse of it all, he hurled insults at me and hung the phone. I am so shocked and disturbed to see this kind of treatment towards the customers when business is so fragile. this matter needs your urgent attention as well as the Municipal Health Inspector of the area involved. Otherwise, customers' run the risk of being exposed to poisonous food due to staleness. Please kindly help in this situation and save innocent customers.
