Complain

Dear Hello Peter I’m am writing this to express how utterly disappointed I am about the service my sister has received at Engen Meyersdal Convenience Centre / Woolworths. This following incident took place on the 6th of November 2024 . The parties involved in the matter were my sister and the Manager of the Store , who goes by the name of Nosh. The Manager has violated my sister’s personality right, being her reputation by falsely accusing her of theft of a Chocolate. She was holding the chocolate at the pay station. When we were heading out of the store after payment had been made he then approached us on our way out with those allegations , we then requested to see CCTV footage to prove that these allegations were false, we were then shown footage and the footage proved the Manager to be wrong however he still insisted that she was *****ing the chocolate. This is a result of defamation of character and can also be seen as a racially motivated offence . After these allegations happened he then still continued to follow us outside ,pointing his fingers and said ( direct quote) “ She must not set her foot in “His” shop”. These accusations were false and damaging statements . We have a video from the CCTV footage to prove these accusations. Considering that Woolworths South Africa and Engen garage are both large entities, such behaviour is Disgraceful. The Manager showed no remorse for his actions which have proved that he lacks the skills needed to be a Manger and if this behaviour is not addressed now it will happen to more people.
