Clicks Card at Engen – No Points Earned Despite Consistent Use

What a complete waste of time it’s been loyally using my Clicks card at the same Engen service station in Heatherlands, George, since the day I activated it (barcode number: ***).

This is now the second time I’ve checked on my card’s activation and accumulated points — and yet again, the result is zero points.

I spend approximately (and conservatively) R1,000 per month on fuel, but have absolutely nothing to show for it. It feels like a complete con, and I’m seriously questioning the point of continuing to support a loyalty program that doesn’t seem to work.

Could someone at Clicks or Engen please explain how this continues to happen and what’s being done to fix it?
